By accessing our website, booking a technical audit, utilizing our AI agent demonstrations, or engaging our engineering, cloud, software, and marketing automation services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

1. Scope of Services

Isotope Blue provides unified technology and business acquisition infrastructure, including but not limited to:

Web and experience platform engineering (Next.js, headless architectures).
High-availability server setup, cloud migrations, and database design.
Cross-platform web and mobile application development.
Automated B2B marketing pipelines and programmatic outreach systems.
Custom autonomous AI software deployment (Voice AI, lead qualification, support RAG engines).

All formal engineering engagements, deliverables, payment terms, and technical milestones are governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW) executed separately between Isotope Blue and the Client.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Isotope Blue IP: All proprietary software code, web designs, site copy, architecture diagrams, brand assets, trade secrets, custom automation workflows, and AI frameworks featured on isotope.blue are the exclusive intellectual property of Isotope Blue.
Client IP: Clients retain complete ownership of all custom business data, target lead lists, proprietary backend logic, and intellectual property provided to Isotope Blue during technical engagements or created under a fully paid Statement of Work.

3. Use of Website & AI Demos

When utilizing the isotope.blue website or interacting with our automated tools, you agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract source code from our platforms or AI products.
Introduce malicious code, viruses, or automated scripts that disrupt server operations or API throughput.
Use our Voice AI, chat agents, or contact forms to submit false, unlawful, abusive, or spam communications.

4. Technical Audits & Consultations

Scheduling a 30-Minute Technical Audit or system discovery call does not create a binding legal obligation for Isotope Blue to deliver custom code or migration services until a formal Statement of Work is executed.
Advice provided during initial audit calls is based on system information disclosed by the user and is intended for technical evaluation purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

“As-Is” Site Provision: This website and all content, software demonstrations, and playbooks are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Isotope Blue, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of this website, temporary server downtime, API rate-limiting, or third-party service outages.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable corporate laws governing Isotope Blue’s legal entity. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration or jurisdiction in the designated courts of operation.
